DynoFlows provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to:

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

  • • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • • Planned maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations
  • • Service credits may be available for extended outages as per our SLA

4.2 Response Times

  • • Critical security incidents: Within 15 minutes
  • • High priority issues: Within 2 hours
  • • Standard support requests: Within 24 hours
  • • General inquiries: Within 48 hours

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Billing

  • • All fees are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified
  • • One-time setup fees are due upon service commencement
  • • Recurring fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed
  • • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 Refunds and Cancellations

  • • 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers
  • • Refunds are processed within 14 business days
  • • Cancellations must be requested in writing
  • • No refunds for setup fees after service implementation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and materials provided by DynoFlows are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended purpose.

You retain all rights to your data and content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
